It is the most mysterious season, Burgundy seems to return to ancient times. The valley often wakes up in the morning mist and, from la Terre d’Or, we can see the roofs of the old town appearing. In the vineyards, the workers go slowly, cut vine shoots, put them in heap and burn them in long wheelbarrows with holes so that ashes can fall. Sometimes, when it snows, wine growers have to stop working outside. .. the perfect time to welcome you for a great wine tasting !
