Cooking class in a magnificent establishment in Beaune
Every day for 6 to 20 persons:
9:30 to 12:30 am or 4 to 7pm: cooking class
12:30 am or 7 pm: meal with the dishes prepared
Preparation of Burgundian specialities: snails of Bourgogne, gougères, gingerbread or other specialities.

70 € a person, including lunch or dinner
Cooking course in a Michelin-stared restaurant close to Beaune
Every Saturday morning for 1 to 12 persons:
10:30 am: beginning of the class and preparation of 2 dishes
12 am: lunch with the prepared dishes plus dessert plus tasting of 3 wines commented by the wine maker
Every Saturday, we focus on one ingredient: foie gras, lobster, scallops, …
Price:
70 € per person, including lunch.
Cooking class at La Terre d’Or with Chef Alex
Every day (weekdays preferred) for 4 to 10 persons:
8:30 am: departure for the market or shops
10:30 am: return to La Terre d’Or and beginning of the cooking class
3 pm: wonderful lunch with Alex, on the terrace or inside
4:30 pm: free time
7:30 pm: if you wish, Alex can accompany you to a restaurant in Beaune and comment on the French cuisine
Price:
From 4 to 5 persons: 165 € a person
From 6 to 10 persons: 150 € a person
The price includes the discovery of the market or shops, the ingredients, the cooking class and the lunch with Chef Alex.
