Guided tours in the Côte Chalonnaise: you will discover this little-known gem of Burgundy wines, a vineyard often overlooked because of the fame of the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits. Yet it offers wines with character, both red and white, often at an excellent value for money.

You can taste wines from Mercurey, Givry, and Rully, which feature numerous premiers crus and a significant production of Crémants.

This guided day is not limited to great wines; it’s an introduction to life in Burgundy, its culture, and its history.

This program is often adapted based on your interests, the weather conditions, and the availability of the winemakers.

10:00 AM Departure for the Côte Chalonnaise… we’ll pass through the southern Côte de Beaune (Volnay, Pommard, Meursault) to arrive in Rully, with an introduction to grape varieties, terroir and the classification of Burgundy wines.
11:00 AM Tasting at a Crémants producer, including a tour of the cellars and a tasting to learn more about sparkling wines.
12:30 PM Lunch at a typical Burgundian restaurant—checked tablecloths and comforting traditional cuisine guaranteed!
2:00 PM Tasting in a vaulted cellar in Mercurey: wines that soar and have character, to discover before they become unattainable!
4:00 PM Tasting at a small family estate in Givry, which pampers its vines and explores new trends like amphora aging for intense fruit aromas.
5:00 PM Return to Terre d’Or
